Meet The Artist
Ashley is the creator behind Chaos and Kaleidoscopes. She is a self taught mixed-media abstract artist and zine maker based in Savannah, Georgia.
Her foray into the art world began at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The act of creating, originally a therapeutic exercise, blossomed into a serious practice within two years.
Since beginning her journey, Ashley’s work has appeared in exhibitions at the Jepson Center for the Arts, in Gallery 10 at Savannah’s City Market, and featured in Braided and Artonish magazines.

I believe to make art is to make magic.
I am an intuitive artist. Everything I create begins from a place of curiosity. What stories can I tell when I place certain images on the page? What will happen when I dip my comb in the marbling bath and spin it in circles? Answering questions is my key motivation.
My work explores the complexity of the human experience. I strive to capture beauty, loneliness, laughter, death, and triumph in a pursuit to understand and reflect the world.
